Topacio Cagigas is the owner and artist behind Inked by T – Fineline & Tiny Tattoos. She specializes in fine line and tiny tattoos, with a focus on delicate details, meaningful pieces, and an experience that feels comfortable and personal from start to finish. Whether it's your first tattoo, something you've dreamed about for years, or a spontaneous little piece just because, you're always welcome in her chair.

A wife, boy mom of four, and fitness lover, Topacio is a firm believer that life is too short not to do the things that make you feel like you. Her suite is a fun, welcoming space where you can relax, be yourself, and leave with a piece you love.

She can't wait to meet you and bring your idea to life.
